One of the steps to register for a client opportunity will be a voice assessment.  Please be sure to do the voice assessment on a landline and in an area free of any background noise.  Doing the assessment on a cell phone may cause you to fail the test.

If you do not pass the voice assessment, you cannot try again for 90 days.
